BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

  • There’s a $300 minimum to book any event (before travel and setup fees).

  • A $100 deposit holds your date. Final payment is due 24 hours in advance. If you’re offering Aura Insights, guest emails are needed at that time as well.

  • First 10 miles from 83716 are free. After that, it’s $1.11 per mile round trip. Our setup fee is $25 and covers the table, tech, and decor. If overnight travel is required, lodging arrangements must be provided.
